I hired M&D to do cleaning once a month. By project , plus to clean the first floor of the house. The basic cleaning the house needed mostly are kitchen, bath room, floor , carpet and surface dust.swiping on my first floor. Then I add windows and slide door cleaning downstairs or upstairs .Or I will require cleaning the second floor.. M&D did a very good job on the windows glass and frames.. I will give M&D more than 5 stars.

Maria arrived on time as scheduled. We walked through my house and reviewed what Maria would clean . Two bathrooms with walk-in shower in master bedroom. The guest tub/shower did not need her attention at this visit. Both toilets needed cleaned and disinfected. Master bathroom vanity with sink needed to be cleaned as well as large mirror. Living room/dinning rooms were vacuumed and dusted and “man cave” was vacuumed. Kitchen floor was cleaned plus the counter tops. The oven was very dirty and was cleaned by Maria. I inspected her work as she completed each room. It is difficult to put into words how pleased I am. Everything was spotless. The oven, which had not been cleaned in years looked new. Her work was fantastic, and I have rescheduled a follow-up for 22 September. She is very dedicated. With current COVID-19 issues, she arrived wearing a mask and wore while completing her tasks.
As a real estate agent, I run into situations where both sellers and buyers need a cleaning service. This company is amazing they always are there for my clients and me whenever I need them. Maria was amazing! Communication was great via email and phone. Punctual, Professional, and Amazing Work! I have worked with other cleaning companies (national chains) over the years, and they have not focused on the attention to detail that M&D did with my home. Windows!! (Most refuse to clean), even window sills cleaned.. AND the little stickers on the toilet paper! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed! I am a repeat customer for sure.
